Mayor Gary Pinzon underscored the importance of road safety among the youth as he led a motorcycle safety lecture for young Bannuars on January 25, 2026, as part of the Local Government Unit of Luna’s continuing public safety initiatives.
Through the Municipal Peace and Order Council, the activity gathered around 50 young motorcycle riders from different parts of the municipality, together with their parents. The discussion focused on responsible riding, adherence to traffic rules, and accident prevention, highlighting the shared role of families, schools, and the community in keeping young motorists safe.
The Politiko emphasized that educating young riders early helps build discipline and awareness on the road, reinforcing the LGU’s commitment to protecting lives and promoting a culture of safety throughout Luna.
