The members of Zonta Club of Prowers County are currently taking orders for yellow roses. The last day to order is March 2nd. The price is the same as last year, which is $6.00 each, delivered to Lamar, Wiley, Granada, Holly & McClave. The roses will be delivered on March 9th. This is in conjunction with International Women’s Day that is on March 8th, this year. The roses can be purchased from any Zonta Member or from Flower Boutique located at 216 South Main Street in Lamar, Co. All proceeds benefit Zonta scholarship awards that are given to girls in our local communities, pursuing their educational opportunities. Help support Zonta’s mission in recognizing individuals who have made a difference in the status of women.
